Overview<\/h2>\n<p>This Privacy Notice applies to the CPKI family of logic games available for mobile devices, including Hashi, Sudoku and other puzzle games published by CPKI GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>The games:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>store game progress and history locally on your device,<\/li>\n<li>display advertisements via Google AdMob,<\/li>\n<li>offer optional premium upgrades via in-app purchase,<\/li>\n<li>do not require account registration,<\/li>\n<li>do not use external analytics tools beyond services necessary for advertising and purchase processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"3-data-processed-by-the-app\">3. Data Processed by the Games<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"31-local-game-data\">3.1 Local Game Data<\/h3>\n<p>The games store certain information locally on your device, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>game progress,<\/li>\n<li>completed puzzles,<\/li>\n<li>game history,<\/li>\n<li>settings and preferences,<\/li>\n<li>premium entitlement status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This data is stored solely on your device and is not transmitted to us unless required by platform providers or legal obligations.<\/p>\n<p>Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the app functionality).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"4-advertising-google-admob\">4. In-App Purchases<\/h2>\n<p>The games offer optional premium upgrades through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apple App Store, and\/or<\/li>\n<li>Google Play Store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment transactions are processed by the respective platform provider. We do not receive or store your payment card information.<\/p>\n<p>The games use RevenueCat to process and manage purchase information and premium entitlement status. Children<\/h2>\n<p>The games are not specifically directed at children under the age defined by applicable local law for consent to digital services.<\/p>\n<p>If you believe that personal data from a child has been processed unlawfully, please contact us.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"8-data-sharing\">8. Data Sharing<\/h2>\n<p>We do not sell personal data.<\/p>\n<p>Data may be shared only:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>with platform providers (Apple, Google),<\/li>\n<li>with advertising providers (such as Google AdMob),<\/li>\n<li>with service providers necessary for purchase processing and entitlement management (such as RevenueCat),<\/li>\n<li>where legally required,<\/li>\n<li>where necessary to enforce legal claims or comply with legal obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"9-international-data-transfers\">9. International Data Transfers<\/h2>\n<p>Service providers such as Google, Apple or RevenueCat may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Where required, such transfers are based on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards under Arts. 44 et seq. Data Retention<\/h2>\n<p>Locally stored game data remains on your device until:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you delete it,<\/li>\n<li>uninstall the game,<\/li>\n<li>or clear app storage through your device settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Retention periods for platform providers, advertising services and purchase-processing services are governed by their own policies.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"11-your-rights-under-gdpr\">11.
